It’s New York Fashion Week!

It’s New York Fashion Week and we just can’t get enough! From the killer Phillip Lim for Target (launching Sunday) collection to Rag and Bone‘s boy-ish charm there is so much to love for Spring 2014! Here are a few highlights…

Kicking off Fashion Week was the Target Style Party showcasing their latest designer collaboration with ultra-chic designer Phillip Lim. The collection exceeds all the hype, from a “BOOM” imprinted popover to a flirty leopard printed skirt you can expect Phillip Lim’s signature feminine flair in bold jewel tones.

Who doesn’t love 1950’s elegance in bold hues, or in the words of designer, Prabal Gurung, “feminity with a bite.” It is no surprise that with a mood board beaming with images of Marilyn Monroe that Prabal’s runway was rocking high waist pencil skirts and mid calf dresses.

From Rihanna to Justin Beiber, you would be hard-pressed to find someone not in attendance at the Opening Ceremony  premier show. In a space equally as grand as the collection, cross front crepe tops and oversized “baji” pants, slouchy moto jackets and crinkled leather minis adorned the runway.

One of our long-time favorite brands, Rage and Bone brought us back to ninties grunge in spaghetti straps and overalls, leather trim, blazers and crossbody bags. The perfect blend of classic tailoring and a New York edge, we can’t wait to get our hands on this collection!

We have been so inspired by all of the talent gracing New York Fashion Week and look forward to future collections!
